Our services are primarily aimed at women, trans and non-binary people, LGBTQIA+ people, indigenous peoples and quilombola communities. We do not require registration or age verification to access the institutional website, but we recommend that minors under 18 use our support services with the accompaniment of a guardian, when possible.
The helpline is available to anyone experiencing digital violence, regardless of age, always prioritizing the wellbeing and safety of those seeking support.

Some tools developed by Todas Labs, such as Acha Spyware and the deceptive design pattern detection extension, are distributed under open source licenses (such as GPL or MIT, as specified in each project's repository).
Use of these tools is subject to the terms of the respective open source license, available alongside the source code of each project. This means you may use, study, modify and redistribute the code, respecting the conditions established in each license.
Our tools and services are provided "as is," without guarantees that they will be free of errors or interruptions. While we strive to maintain the security and reliability of our services, Todas Labs cannot guarantee absolute protection against all forms of digital attack, surveillance or data leaks.
The use of tools such as Acha Spyware does not replace legal advice or police assistance in situations of serious risk. We always recommend seeking support from multiple sources in emergency situations.
Support provided through the Todas Labs helpline is free of charge but does not replace long-term specialized medical care, psychological treatment or formal legal representation. In situations of imminent risk to life, we recommend immediate contact with emergency services.
