2. What data we collect
We collect only the data strictly necessary to provide our services:

- Acha Spyware: data extracted from the person's mobile device, sent directly to the forensic analysis team. No data is stored on Todas Labs servers without explicit consent.
- Event registration (e.g. CryptoPunk Rio): name, national ID number (RG) and email, collected via a Google Forms registration form. The ID number is used exclusively for entry control at the event venue. The email is used to stay in touch with registered attendees before, during and after the event.

5. Confidentiality in support services
All information shared through our helplines is treated with absolute confidentiality. No support data is publicly disclosed or shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the person involved, except as required by law.
